At the forefront of the next generation of emerging electronic music artists, Moore Kismet is in a class of their own.
The 18-year-old musical prodigy has been included on Billboard’s 21 Under 21 three times, garnered millions of streams on their debut album UNIVERSE, and become the youngest artist to perform at Lollapalooza and EDC Las Vegas.
In celebration of the release of their Unicorn Time Capsule sample pack, we’re excited to announce that the next Splice Discord Beat Battle is hosted by none other than Moore Kismet themself.
Here’s the challenge: You must incorporate the five samples from this Collection into a single, original production. You may also add your own melodies, drums, and other elements. The minimum length for a submission is 45 seconds, and the maximum length is one minute.
You can enter the battle by joining the Splice Discord and visiting the #battle-announcements channel for the full details. You’ll have from 3:00 p.m. EST on June 14, 2023 until 11:59 p.m. on June 23, 2023 to submit your beat. Moore Kismet will be reviewing the top ten eligible submissions live on the Splice Twitch channel to select three winners.
The winner will receive a grand prize of $1,000 USD, as well as a one-year Venice Distribution Professional Membership and exclusive Moore Kismet merch. The second-place winner will receive $500 USD and the Venice Distribution Professional Membership, and the third-place winner will receive $250 USD and the membership.
