This month’s drop includes Granular Bowing, a gong texture that’s been reassembled using granular processing and audio manipulation. Deep and evolving, it’s perfect for ambient music, experimental scoring, and layering in electronic productions.

The full Gong Textures pack features more explorations of resonance, noise, and transformation. The gongs, including an 80” tam tam, pitched Thai gongs, Chinese opera gong, and more, were recorded at the iconic Pool Studios with traditional and contact mic setups that captured every shimmer and scrape.
