Splice x Studio One Pro Integration V1.1.1 has arrived.
Last month, we launched our first in-DAW integration alongside the newest version of Studio One Pro 7. It has been incredible to see everyone’s reactions, and we’re so grateful for all the feedback that will help us make this integration even more valuable for your creative process.
After a month of monitoring feedback, we’re so excited to bring you the first update to the integration. With it comes several key feature additions and improvements that will make your in-DAW Splice experience even better. Just head on over to the Settings tab within the Splice integration to update to this latest version.
Your entire Splice library and Collections—now in the DAW
The biggest piece of feedback we received since launch is the need to access your existing Splice library and sounds inside the DAW, and with this latest update you’ll be able to do just that. You can now access your Splice library, Collections, and Likes directly inside Studio One Pro 7 in the Library tab.
Preview full pack pages without leaving your project
We also received feedback asking for the ability to access entire pack pages. Now, when you find a sound you like, you can click into the pack art to explore the entire pack that sound came from. This is a great way for you to find more inspiration and sounds for your project.
Enhancements for better auditioning
There are a few more updates we included in this version to help make the integration more intuitive to use. You can now set the integration to follow the key of your Studio One Pro project, as well as populate the BPM filter when turned on with your project’s current BPM.
Lastly, the Search with Sound feature now supports fractional BPMs.
Keep the feedback coming
Your feedback is crucial as we continue building out the best possible version of Splice for the DAW. As you continue using the integration, head over to the Settings tab within the Splice panel to provide feedback for the next version update.
If you already have Studio One Pro 7, check out our integration in Studio One Pro 7’s browser tab—all current Splice subscribers have full access.
