Tropical Afrobeats feat. Leycha

Featured story

Get to know Leycha Diop

Performing as Leycha Diop, Khadidiatou Diaw became known in 2016 when she collaborated with Senegalese singer Youssou Ndour. Her vocal talents were magnified by the timbre of her unique voice, providing incredible flavors and rhythms that leave all music lovers bewitched.

Though she has performed much traditional Senegalese music, in her own art, she blends R&B, soul, and Afrohouse. In addition to Youssou Ndour, she has performed with artists like Wally Balogo Seck and Fefsy. She is also known for carrying on the legacy of her great, late mentor, Yandé Codou Sène, the singer for the former president éopold Sédar Senghor, who was also a poet and cultural theorist.
