How Oliver and dwilly make their sounds in Ableton Live

In celebration of their collaborative sample pack, Power Tools Presents – Overdrive I, the two acclaimed producers joined us on the Splice YouTube channel to give us a glimpse into their production process. Watch along as Oliver and dwilly make an original sample from scratch and then flip it into a beat in Ableton Live, experimenting with different genres, sounds, and production techniques along the way.

“There’s so much game in this video right now you guys,” Oliver says as he watches dwilly navigate Ableton. “There’s little things he’s doing that I hope you’re catching.”
