Star Coda is a collaboration with composer Jetdarc, winner of the Esports World Cup scoring competition held with Audiotool. Together, we took over Abbey Road Studios to capture a selection of analogue synths, then pushed them into new territory with glitchy, stuttered processing and layered FX chains. The result is a collection of eerie, unstable tones built for modern video game scoring. Think tense menus, liminal dream sequences, corrupted landscapes. Every sound is sculpted to feel slightly off-centre, slightly broken, and full of atmosphere. Perfect for composers working in sci-fi, horror, or anything that lives in the space between worlds.
