London music producer, Nicolas David honed his sonic passions to craft a pack that’s part pop and part melodic trap, while pulling futuristic inspiration from electronica and UK dance music. He wanted to create something that hasn’t been done before while incorporating synth melodies and a pop aesthetic.
Nic’s process starts with listening to a variety of sounds, styles, and artists as a discovery mechanism, he’s keeping an ear out for what sparks his inspiration. For this pack, he focused on trance music, as he wanted to expand on those elements and how they could fit within the trap and R&B spheres. The result was out-of-this-world. With a fascination with space, Nic says, “Music is universal, it can transport you anywhere. I hope you can listen to these sounds and imagine yourself in space.” He added, “They say the sky is the limit but in the universe, there is no limit.”
