How would you describe your sound?
Dark and heavy sound with a hint of jump up drum & bass. I've always been trying to bring the rawness and coldness of an early tech step era combined with some new techniques and genres, or even with some elements from different genres.
How do you hope producers use the sounds in your pack?
I think the sounds can be used for resampling and all sorts of electronic music not only drum & bass. It has a wide variety of drums and synths which can be used straight ‘drag & drop’ in your projects. I literally made a pack of sounds that I was always lacking during searching in Splice, such as useful drum parts, fx, and also presets.
What’s one piece of equipment you couldn’t do without?
It's with no doubt a Moog Sub 37 because it has a special character in its sounds. Very powerful, fat but in the same way smooth and ultra clear! The most popular tracks and also a huge amount of samples I made on this beast.
What piece of advice did you give to yourself starting out in music?
Just make your samples sounds like you especially if using someone else samples. Also important thing is to not be afraid of experimenting, for example you can even make a great dark pad just over-stretching any hi hat or kick!
