That bassline is infectious and sings with so much emotion.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure><iframe src=\"https:\/\/open.spotify.com\/embed\/track\/3IVaPHncIZWWNjfg29HVLq?si=bf03b9b00bde4402\" width=\"100%\" height=\"80\" frameborder=\"0\" allowtransparency=\"true\" allow=\"encrypted-media\"><\/iframe><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;The way D&#8217;Mile incorporates late &#8217;70s feel into his music inspired me vastly. Hearing him make music I loved such as &#8216;Ready for Love&#8217; or &#8216;Misunderstood&#8217; (which is one of my favorites) sort of gave me permission to reject the &#8216;dumb it down&#8217; approach and embrace my musicianship and learn how to present it in a digestible manner.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure><iframe src=\"https:\/\/open.spotify.com\/embed\/track\/6zsT60ALu2xeljCWRp3rEs?si=829aeac00250461a\" width=\"100%\" height=\"80\" frameborder=\"0\" allowtransparency=\"true\" allow=\"encrypted-media\"><\/iframe><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Kaelin Ellis&#8217; drum grooves are special because they\u2019re extremely unique but equally digestible.
