Though not necessarily in the form of a track or album, in this article we wanted to highlight five of our own favorite collaborations with platforms and creators in 2022 that brought unique content and opportunities to musicians around the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. COLORS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Splice\u2019s world-class library of Sounds has paired up with COLORS, the genre-less music discovery platform focused on spotlighting distinctive artists from across the globe. Through a unique sound pack and video series called DUOTONE, we&#8217;re celebrating the relationship between artists and producers by inviting them to work together on exclusive new songs using sounds from the producers\u2019 exclusive Splice packs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2022, we launched the first and second volumes of DUOTONE, which featured collaborations between Mike Hector and RIMON (using sounds from Mike\u2019s sample pack <em>TONE VOLUME 1<\/em>) and P2J and Jamilah Barry (using sounds from PJ2\u2019s sample pack <em>TONE VOLUME 2<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"RIMON - Build Me A House (prod. D.O.T.S. \/ Kenny Beats<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Splice teamed up with Kenny Beats for limited edition Don\u2019t Over Think S*** USBs, exclusively sold on the Splice Shop. Each USB came with a special message inside, unlocking next steps to a scavenger hunt worth up to $12K in studio gear from HEDD Audio, AIAIAI, Soyuz Microphones, Arturia, Cordoba, and Auto-Tune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"370\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/kennybeats?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@kennybeats<\/a> Scavenger Hunt. SoundCloud<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Since its launch all the way back in 2007, SoundCloud has been a leading platform for music creators and listeners alike for sharing and discovering music. Boomplay<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This year, we partnered with Boomplay, Africa\u2019s number-one music streaming platform, to launch <em><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/beyond.splice.com\/afrobeats\" target=\"_blank\">Beyond Afrobeats<\/a><\/em>\u2014an immersive campaign featuring videos and beat battles hosted by Mr. Eazi and Sarz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Mr Eazi Listens to Fan-Produced Tracks\" width=\"370\" height=\"208\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/GJioTiAF0jQ?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
